Description

FUEL VALVE & SEALING BUSHING
Replaces: Homelite Fuel Valve p/n: 06642
Replaces: Homelite Valve Sealing Bushing p/n: 47222
Neither
of these two parts is available from Homelite Service Parts.  Egad!
What to do?  Don’t sweat it – we’ve got drop-in replacements right here.
We buy these high-quality aftermarket parts in large quantities so that we can pass the savings on to our customers.
Not for metal tanks!
VERY IMPORTANT:
We are selling these parts as a set – or separately … you will need to select what you want from the drop-down box (located above the price box, near the top) when you order it.  Naturally, it is a little cheaper to order them as a set versus separately, but some folks just need one or the other, so we’re giving you all that option.
These valves fit
most of Homelite’s LR, LRI & LRX models that have the 5 gallon
plastic fuel tank.  These fit into a 33/64″ hole.
Fits the following Homelite models:
LR4300, LR4400, LRE4400, LR5000T, LR5500, LRE5500
LRX3000, LRX4500, LRXE4500
LRI4400, LRIE4400, LRI5500, LRIE5500
LR2500 & LRI2500 – GROMMET ONLY… NOT THIS VALVE – the 2500W models used a different valve, although these will fit and work if you so desire.
… and probably a few models we’ve not figured out yet.  If you are not sure, contact us and we’ll figure it out!
OPTIONAL VITON BUSHINGS:
Having problems with ethanol-based fuel deteriorating the bushings?  Yeah, that ethanol-based fuel that’s been pushed on us causes all kinds of problems!!!  By popular request from our customers, we have recently had bushings produced using a special grade of Viton material instead of the original black elastomer used by the OEM.  These bushings hold up significantly better when exposed to ethanol and most bio-fuels.  Viton material is considerably more expensive and requires different molding techniques, which drives up the cost.  The trade-off is that it typically lasts much, much longer.  When you select what you want, you can choose to include the Viton Bushing instead of the original OEM part.
Please,
no international shipments.  US & Canada only.  We make every
effort to get Priority Mail shipments out the same day, but orders
placed late in the afternoon may not go until the next day (we are
pretty far from the Post Office).
Upon receiving the part, if you
have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately.  We
strive to keep our rating superior!
