The dryAIR automatic is ideal for vehicles with trunk extensions or vehicles where access to the Airride system is difficult. The filter empties itself automatically at a certain water level. With the supplied hose, the condensate can be easily routed outside. The system empties itself WITHOUT electricity automatically from a certain water level in the condensate tank.
The simplest way is to mount it after the tank before the valves.
Since the air tanks for Airride chassis are usually made of aluminum, there is no risk of corrosion in the tank.
Due to the often cramped space conditions, installation is much easier here.
A water separator is installed between the two air hoses (between the tank and the valves) for the front and rear axles.
The assembly is very easy. The air hose (usual diameter eg 10mm) is simply cut off. With the help of the fittings included in the scope of delivery, the hose is mounted on the inlet and outlet of the water separator (marked by an arrow on the water separator) using a robust sealing screw connection and, as before, attached to the valve with the hose on the separator outlet.
